Booking

At the time of booking, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. Your session deposit can be made in the form of Cash App, Zelle, Credit Card and buy now, pay later options are available via my book via. ( taxes & fees my apply.). Appointments made without deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Payment of the deposit is required at the time of booking and has a 24-hour grace period. Deposits that are not paid within 24 hours of setting an appointment may not be honored and subjects the appointment to cancellation. Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of the Sage G Visuals LLC policies. Collaborations/Creative Endeavors booked with no monetary gain give Sage G Visuals LLC ALL rights to photos taken and can be used for portfolio and marketing.

Payment Policy

A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.

The deposit is deducted from the total shoot amount.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the photo session on the day of the shoot.

Rescheduling

Shoot can be rescheduled within 72 Hours of shoot. If fail to reschedule before 72 Hours, your deposit will be forfeited and can’t be applied to a future shoot. Client is allowed one (1) reschedule.

It is highly suggest to check the weather the week of shoot for outdoor shoots. Client is allowed one (1) reschedule. Photographer reserves the right to deny services to a client who cancels and reschedules frequently.

Cancellation

If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future shoot. The client can reschedule for FREE on a day that fits the photographers schedule within 3 months. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If Sage G Visuals LLC cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to illness or emergency, then the Videographer/Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client, but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event Sage G Visuals LLC fails for any other reason, Sage G Visuals LLC shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid. 

Digital Gallery Hosting

Photographer will deliver digital images of photos to clients no later than 10 business days after the conclusion of shoot. Client agrees that after 30 calendar days, all images from Client’s Series may not be readily available to provide to Client and such retrieval will be subject to a $100 archival fee if Client requests images after the 30 days period.
